Identity and Character Documents
- Identity: Current passport, national identity card, and proof of any name changes.
- Character: Police clearances from every country where you have spent 12 months or more over the last 10 years.
- Health: Results of a medical examination from an approved panel physician.
Professional Evidence
- Form 1000: The "Nomination for National Innovation Visa" form, completed and signed by your Australian nominator.
- Record of Achievement: A detailed CV/Resume, plus evidence of international awards, patents, professional memberships, or media coverage.
- Academic/Research Evidence: For researchers, this includes a high h-index, a list of publications, and records of keynote speaking invitations.
- Employment Evidence: Current payslips, employment contracts, or a written offer of employment in Australia.
