Documents Required
No documents are strictly required to apply. You can submit your application without a passport or identity documents. However, if available, you should submit all documents in your possession that could support your case, including:
- Passport or identity documents (if available)
- Travel permits
- Marriage certificates
- Medical certificates
- Photographs
- Newspaper articles
- Any other documentation supporting your claim
You may also submit a written statement in your own language explaining your story, which will be considered alongside the formal C3 registration form.
The lack of documentation regarding identity, domicile, or other relevant elements does not create grounds for inadmissibility or refusal if duly justified.
Translation and Apostille
Where necessary, documents produced by applicants shall be translated by interpreters working for the competent authorities. There is no requirement for you to obtain apostille or certified translations in advance; the authorities provide interpretation services at no cost.
