Documents Required
You must provide high-quality scans of original documents. Any document not in English must be accompanied by a translation from a NAATI accredited translator.
- Identity Documents: A valid passport bio-data page, national identity card, and proof of any name changes.
- Guardianship Evidence: A completed Form 157N (Student Guardianship Arrangements).
- Financial Evidence: Bank statements, proof of asset sales, or official government tax assessments (if using the annual income method) to prove you can meet the AUD 29,710 threshold plus travel and tuition costs.
- Health Insurance: Evidence of Overseas Visitors Health Cover (OVHC) or proof of coverage via a reciprocal healthcare agreement.
- GTE Statement: A written personal statement in English explaining your circumstances at home and your intent to return after the student completes their studies or turns 18.
