Report or register your address in Hungary as instructed by the immigration authority. You can then live in Hungary with your residence permit.

Birth certificates
Get your Hungarian child’s birth certificate. If your child was born outside Hungary, provide the birth certificate registered in Hungary. If your relationship is through adoption, add the adoption document.
Custody records *
Provide evidence that you have parental custody, the court decision about custody and evidence of how you exercise it. This route normally requires you to live in the same household as your Hungarian child.
