Your spouse who is a Nepali citizen must be present at every renewal, and the visa costs USD 15 per month.
Visa use and work
Use your visa only for its approved purpose, keep passport and visa details truthful, and change visa category if your activities require it.
To work in Nepal, you need a job offer, a work permit and the required government procedures.
Political activity
You must avoid political activity while holding this visa.
Visa can end
Your visa ends when it expires and can be cancelled for law or visa violations, threats to peace or security, serious crime, or suspicious or unwelcome conduct.
Certain health or contagious disease conditions, mental incapacity, or completing the visa’s purpose can also lead to cancellation.
You may also face fines, detention, imprisonment or deportation.
