Things to think aboutThings to think about
Residence and work conditions
Keep your passport and residence permit valid, and follow the conditions on your permit.
Use the status only for residence; do not work without separate permission, including for yourself.
Seek renewal or confirmation before your permit expires, and do not stay after it expires.
Residence status can end
Your status can expire if your permit is not renewed, or become unusable if your passport is lost or invalid.
It can also be taken away if you break its conditions or under immigration rules.
