Provide your birth certificate showing your parents, and evidence linking your parent to your Pakistani grandparent, such as your parent’s birth certificate. Other evidence of the family link can also be used, but your birth certificate must show both parents if one parent or grandparent is not Pakistani or if you cannot provide a direct record of your Pakistani grandparent. If one parent or grandparent is not Pakistani, also provide your non-Pakistani parent’s birth certificate.
Grandparent’s citizenship records
Provide evidence of your Pakistani grandparent’s origin, such as their CNIC, NICOP, POC, MNIC, Pakistani passport, domicile, citizenship certificate or birth certificate. If you use your Pakistani parent’s record instead, a marriage certificate stating their origin or nationality can also be used. Provide Undertaking E from a relative confirming your relationship. Include it with the relative’s identity details.
* Only if you cannot provide a direct record of your Pakistani grandparent.
